My Nation Lacks Courage.

We have the plans, the policies, the codes and the strategies laid out; we have the theoretical knowledge for the solutions to our problems. Yet we do not perform well. What is mostly missin is our commitment to their implentation; the lack of courage and willingness to act, to be doing our duty and giving  our  best towards serving the common good; our  being faithfull patriotic agents and workers in society.
Let us face the truth about ourselves. For the truth make us free, john (8 :32)

Human dignity.
The purpose and reason for all human interactions in society is to give each individual person the human dignity he/she deserves. Each person should be provided with the basic needs to enable him/her to live a decent life. That must be Tanzanias priority number one.
I thus propose;
-moral valuse be the foundation of our nation, enshrined in the constitution and guiding all codes of conduct.
-mass education on basic human rights and duties of every citzen.
-every citzen be given the opportunity to voice his/her complaints and to be heard.

Constitutional Review

The constitution expresses the basic social contract of a people regarding how it wants to organise its living together. It is more than a legal document. It is an ethical vision and a philosophical description of the values and the principles the people want 2 live by  in order to ensure peace, justice as well as respect and tolerance for different view points.
No political party or goverment of the day can legitimately use the constitution to its own political advantage. The constitution belongs to the people in all its diversity and plurality.  Regular review  be provided to enable people to pronounce their views. And it should not be left to lobby groups of interested parties to agitate for change
My nation TANZANIA has to adhere to the recomndations of the Nyalali Commision so as enhance constitutionality and constitutonalisim

An Analysis on Capitalism.

Economic systems are to some extent political in nature, but they also extend beyond politics. Each person is affected by the economic circumstances of the society in which he or she lives.
The great disputes in our time have been btn variour forms of state controlled economies such as communism and fascism contending with various forms of capitalism. These economic disputes bacame political, and the world wars resulted.
For the time being capitalism seems to have eclipsed state controlled economic systems, which have given way to the free market approach. Even china, the last strong hold of communism, has developed a free market system to an extent that chinese enterpreneurs now regularly do big business with other nations. Japan and Germany once auhoritarian have become major capitalist democracies
The question of wealth and power  is now of universal interest. In our time a period of relative wealth we are still beset with poverty, a condition that even an era of prosperity and economic growth can not seem to aliviate.
And with the recent Global Finacial crisis which has exposed the venurability entrinsic in the capitalist system, i find my self wondering!! DOES CAPITALISM POINT TO THE BEST DIRECTION, Not only in our time but to that of our children and there childrens childrens?

Presidents to Represent me

The citizens of Tanzania demand as their leader in the great contest of 2010 a man of intelect, a man of integrity, a man of well known and approved political opinion. They demand a states man. They demand a reformer after, as well as before the election. They demand a politician in the highest and broadest and best sense of that word. They demand a man aquainted with public affairs, with the wants of the people of Tanzania, with not only the requirement of the hour, but the demands of the future.
They demand a man broad enough to comprehand the relations of this nation to the other nations of the earth. They demand a man well versed in the powers duties and prerogatives of each department of the goverment.

They demand a man who will sacredly build the economy of the United Republic of Tanzania. One who knows enough to know that the national debt must be paid through the prosperity of this people. One who knows financial theories in the world can not redeem a single shilling. One who knows enough to know that all the money must be made, not by law but by labour. One who knows enough to know that the people of Tanzania demand prosperity and resumption all together.

The people of tanzanian want a man who knows that this goverment should protect  every citzen here at home or abroad;

Our country, crowned with vast and marvelous resources, asks for a man worthy of its past and prophetic of its future; asks for a man who is the grandest combination of heart, conscience, and brains beneath the flag.

Ladies and Gentalman, in the name of the  Republic, in the name of her defenders and of all her supporters may we have a peacefull election this October 2010.
Amen
